Use these measurements, in addition to the ERD (Effective Rim Diameter) of the rim you intend to use, to calculate, using an online spoke calculator, what length spoke you'll need. There is complete instructions at that link for getting all of these measurements. Most rim manufacturers will have ERD data on their websites.
Since Profile Fixed Hubs have the same measurement front and rear, you only have to run the spoke calculator once.

If you're building with a deep section rim, it's not going to matter if your spokes are a few mm too long, since the spoke ends will be buried in the rims anyway.

* I used the above-linked spoke calculator to get these numbers, but there are other calculators out there that may give a slightly different measurement. For instance, the UBI calculator gave 285mm for a 3 cross 32 hole Sun Venus, and this link's calculator gives 286.8mm for the same combination, because the measurement the latter calculator uses for the Venus ERD is different from the number Sun gives on their own website. When I recalculated with the actual number, it gave the same spoke length as the UBI.
